Shipping Fee
Shipping fee includes any packaging fee and shipping cost.
All shipment comes with tracking number for safety reasons - please understand that sometimes tracking companies don't update it frequently enough.
Processing Time
I will start to process the order after 24-hour and may send your items within 1-2 days from that time, except weekends and public holidays.
Items marked as Made-to-Order require longer processing time as your item is made on demand, please allow extra days of manufacturing.

By default, items are sent from Portugal. I ship items as close to 24 hours after receiving the order, but not before (to provide the cancellation window).
There may be occasional delays in processing orders when I'm physically unable to do it, but this is very rare and unlikely to happen. Any delays will be written in the announcement bar on top.
Items marked as Made-to-Order will be sent from a print partner.

Currently it is impossible to have an ETA on when your item will arrive. At the moment it is safe to assume that delays are inevitable.
Domestic orders (within Portugal) typically take 3 to 10 days to arrive.
International orders (worldwide) may take 4 weeks to several months to arrive. It can be faster, or can very well be much slower (how long this takes is out of my control).
Items marked as Made-to-Order will be sent from the print partners which vary in locations, they claim that they will try their best to manufacture your order from their location as close to you as possible.
Important: please plan orders with Christmas or other seasonal holidays intention far in advance, as I can never guarantee it will arrive on time. Especially considering how busy the postal service at such time is, especially at the end of the year.

Cancellation
I accept order cancellations within 24 hours of order. After this time frame, I may have already sent the item to the postal office or the print partner - which is impossible to retrieve back.
Returns / Exchanges
These items are ineligible for returns or exchanges:
- Signed items
- Made-to-order
- Customized items
- Items with any special handling requests
All other physical items sold in my shop are legible for returns or exchanges.
In order to do a return or exchange, you can contact me within 14 days of the date the item arrives (according to package tracking) with the following details:
- A full identification of the item being returned (E.g. link to the item page)
- Reason for returning/exchanging
- The photographs of the item(s) (confirming their status and the link in question)
- The tracking ID used for the delivery
When I confirm, please send me the items back as soon as possible in its original state.
The extra shipping fees in both ways will be customers' responsibility. In case of exchanges, I'll have to send you an invoice for the shipping fee for the new item to be sent to you.
Return: I will refund the item's value, minus the shipping fees after the item to be returned has arrived safely here.
Exchange: I will send the replacement items after I receive the returned item in the conditions it was sent and the replacement item's shipping fee.

None of us want this to happen, but unfortunately, once sent out, there is no way for me or my print partner to have control over whatever happens during transit time. Your local postal office is able to provide more assistance than anything I could do myself.
In case of missing packages or that it hasn't arrived within the reasonable time of waiting, please contact me and I'll do my best to assist you.
Make sure that:
- You have asked anyone else in your house or building about receiving the items.
- You have searched around. It may be hidden under the bush, in the corners, etc.

Customers are responsible for any custom fees/import tax that may incur. Please be familiar with your country's import duty upon ordering.
